Sometimes, some of the best work can come from looking at a place that was once so familiar with a fresh pair of eyes. Maymont is a Richmond location favorite, and to be honest, a few years ago I became a little burned out from shooting there so frequently. After about a four year hiatus, I returned with this precious couple and my film camera. I loved what we created here together because the italian gardens felt so European, and they translated beautifully on film.
