Those who are close to Emily know that David is comfort incarnate to her. When David walks into the room, you can see that Emily physically becomes more relaxed, at ease, more confident. David is Emily’s strength, her comfort, her best friend. And David? Well, there’s no denying David adores Emily. You can tell in the gentle way he reaches for her, the way he takes her into his arms and she finds the perfect resting place in the crook of his neck.

Together with their best friends and incredibly supportive families, these two were married! Virginia weather being as unpredictable as it is, of course it showered on their wedding day. Rain couldn’t keep the joy these two felt from being poured onto everyone who witnessed their union!

Emily’s sweet Mama made every bouquet, boutineer, and centerpiece for the wedding day. I love the brooches she used in Emily’s flowers! Favorite. Ring shot. Ever.  Alexis was a perfect, precious flower girl.  Mr. & Mrs. Clements!  Beautiful, Em!  My dear friend and her sweet husband, and of course baby “snowball.” I love running into old friends when I photograph weddings!  Congratulations, Emily & David!
