The bible doesn’t just suggest that we, as believers, spend time with one another. It’s made pretty clear that The Lord is adamant about it. We are called to encourage, love, and pray for one another, and to do so joyfully!

It’s a priority in my business that I have consistency in terms of my second shooters. I prefer to work with the same girls for the duration of the year so that #1) They become familiar with my style and how I operate on a wedding day, #2) They become familiar to my clients and a part of my brand (which is important to me!), #3) I have an opportunity to share with and teach them throughout the season, so the relationship is about not just how they can serve me and my clients, but how I can serve them and their businesses.

I wanted to surprise the girls with an “Intern Fun Day” as a way to kick off our 2015 wedding season! I can’t wait to see the work we produce together this year, and to watch them as they grown their own businesses!
