It’s absolutely possible to have both a full heart and a full calendar simultaneously when you’re intentional about making time to do things you love, especially when it involves spending time with people. During an incredibly busy season, I could have said “no” to an adventure last Sunday, I could have chosen to stay home an work on one of my only days off the last two months. Instead, I said “yes” to making new memories and we went to Charlottesville for the day with some of our dearest friends.
