The waves thundered as they crashed against the shore, and she was uncertain. I remember her fear of the sea so vividly from last summer, how she wouldn’t go near it unless someone was holding her. Somewhere in the last twelve months, Hannah found her “Brave.” She approached the sea this year with an awe and excitement that I think we all can learn from. What if we all approached the things we fear that way…if we met our fear head-on until eventually caution turned to joy? What would our lives look like then?
