It’s no secret how deep my love for Charleston runs. The sprawling oak trees, Spanish moss, and smell of jasmine make Magnolia Plantation the perfect place to spend an afternoon with family. For the Spades, these images represent the end of such a sweet chapter for their family. They have called Charleston “Home” for the last few years, but now it’s time to start a new adventure back in Virginia.

I wanted these images to be reflective of how much Chey, Kelli, and their boys have grown over the last few years. Documenting the boys as they played, climbed the massive oaks at Magnolia, and the love their parents share was such a sweet time.
