Let me tell you a little something about Chey.
This guy has known me my entire life. He has watched me grow from an awkward, stringy haired, self conscious little girl into the woman I am today (I’m hoping those three adjectives are no longer accurate). He has the most incredible sense of humor, although I didn’t appreciate it much when I was a kid (there’s a song he used to sing that still haunts my nightmares. “Nikki, Nikki, Rah Rah Rah.” Oh gosh, I can’t even finish the rest.) Even though he is C.R.A.Z.Y, he is family, the kind of family that would stop what they are doing to come and pick you up off the side of the road. He would do anything for the people he loves.
Enter Kelli, his beautiful, spunky wife. Kelli also happens to be Matt’s cousin. So now, although I didn’t need a title to consider him such, Chey is family. 🙂
Chey and Kelli have two boys who are SO full of personality, just like their Daddy. I have known Erik and Jackson since they were little bits, and I love it when they get in front of my camera.
For this session, the entire Gran/Harris/Spade family were present.
Erik and his Gramps are best buddies, as you can tell.
Kelli’s sister and her husband, Erin and Daniel, also have two of the sweetest little girls. Hayden and Hadleigh.
The girls are beautiful (obviously, look at their parents). I have to admit, I was intimidated a little by Erin when we first met. As I’ve gotten to know her, I’ve learned her heart is just as pretty as she is. She is a wonderful Mama, and loves those little ones fiercely.
I believe that a firm foundation for marriage an be inspired by the example you had growing up. Theresa and Rick are fun, loving, and still crazy about each other.
