Some people say oceans separate hearts, but I think there’s something about the sea that can bring hearts together as well.
Earlier this year, it was my honor and privilege to second shoot for one of my dear friends, Annamarie, for Nick & Jess’ wedding day. I’ll be honest, I haven’t been in the position of second shooter for almost two years, but I think the experience was priceless. No matter what season of business you’re in, it’s good for anyone to assume a humble and serving heart to help out a fellow creative. It’s also amazing to see someone else’s perspective and how they operate on a wedding day, especially if you’re feeling stuck in a creative rut. Anna, sweet friend, I’m so grateful for you and for being invited to spend this day with you!
This couple is not only incredible beautiful, but they have amazing taste and put together thoughtfully curated sea-inspired details for their wedding by the Chesapeake Bay. Enjoy some of my favorites!
