This is my favorite time of year, not only because Christmas is rapidly approaching, but because it’s a time of intentional reflection both personally and for the business. Looking back on 2014, I’m so grateful for the experiences and people that have crossed my path as a direct result of this business. I owe a huge “Thank You” to the blog editors who have featured my work this year!

Southern Weddings shared Justin & Jennifer’s Berkeley Plantation Wedding! Being featured on Southern Weddings was a dream of both mine and the bride’s since our initial conversation, so we were elated to receive the news when this feature was published! 

The Black Tie Bride shared both Mary Mason & Matt’s Richmond Wedding and Maggie & Brian’s Georgetown wedding. I adore Justin & Mary’s wedding blog and the iconic style they stand for. 

Le Magnifique featured Justin & Jennifer’s Charleston engagement session as well as our New Year’s Eve styled shoot. 

Glamour & Grace’s editor Megan and I have had a chance to get to know one another this year, and she’s such a sweetheart! I had the honor of photographing her in a stunning Marchesa gown and those images were featured on her blog, as well as Maggie & Brian’s Pippin Hill Farm & Winery engagement session. 

Burnett’s Boards has been one of my favorite wedding blogs for a long time. so it’s always an honor to be featured on Sara’s blog! She shared the shoot from the Envision workshop this year, and I also had an opportunity to participate in a styled shoot contest with her as well. 

Wedding Sparrow is known for their careful curation of fine art film content, so it was a true honor to see The Loving Type shoot on their blog as well! 

Swooned shares Jessica’s southern bridal portrait session. 

Alexandra at Heart Love Always is one of the sweetest girls you could ever work with. Every chance I had the opportunity to work with her this year was an honor! We collaborated on a DIY for her blog, and she all featured a surprise proposal and a wedding of mine this year!

I admire the way Lauren of Every Last Detail runs her business with such integrity and style, so I was so excited to see Jessica and Jeff’s wedding featured here! 

My sister’s maternity collection was featured on The Fount Collective. 

Jess & Malcolm’s wedding was featured on The Bridal Theory. 

Madelyn’s Veritas engagement session was featured on Artfully Wed.

Cedric and Monica’s wedding was featured on Aisle perfect.

And finally, one of the highlights of my career thus far, one of Justin & Jennifer’s images was featured in a layout in the print version of Southern Weddings Magazine! I’m eternally grateful to the women at SW for selecting this image. What an incredible way to end 2014!
