The VMFA is one of my absolute favorite Richmond venues for engagement sessions! The contemporary design provides for some clean and neutral backdrops, contrasting with many more typical Richmond locations. Emily & David chose to explore the grounds of this modern museum for their engagement session, and the results are both beautiful and joy-filled! Emily found her attire at Nordstrom, and I love the femininity of her eyelet dress. Isn’t her smile just radiant in these images?!

We also ventured over to Buskey Cider in Scott’s Addition, where Emily and David have enjoyed many date nights (including one where they adopted their beloved puppy!). The cider wall pictured here is an ode to the Richmond culture this couple loves so much! We’re looking forward to celebrating this fun couple at their wedding in June!
