Amy and I have been trying to get together for pictures for the last few months and it seems the odds were never in our favor. The weather would be miserable, or the girls would be not feeling well, so when it was finally time for us to get together I was so excited to meet Amy and her beautiful family. In our conversations she told me so much about her precious girls, Madeleine and Ellie. They were even sweeter in person!

Enjoy some of my favorites from our time at Yorktown Beach last Sunday! The girls loved the water, especially Ellie. She would dip her little toes in and giggle!  I wanted to get some of Jason & Amy together, because while of course it’s important to capture the girls, I think it’s equally important to photograph the parents and the love they share. I adore the images below, the way they are sitting together and watching their daughters play. Heart-melting stuff.  These guys are so fun, and the girls are such happy children! Sisters. <3  I love her curious face, her little fingers wrapped around the dandelion.  Wonder. One of my favorite things about this age.  “Look, Daddy!” Jason and Amy, I had so much fun with your sweet family and look forward to seeing you guys again in the future!
