This day, as recently published on the iconic Wedding Sparrow, was so thoughtfully executed alongside Caitie of Betty Lou Events. Juju and Jaime wanted to create a culinary experience for their guests so they chose The Ivy as the hotel restaurant, Magdelena, is known for its European tradition infused with a local farm-to-table culinary soul. They didn’t follow the traditional wedding timeline and really focused on the event being more of a private dinner party with a customized four course meal with hand selected wine pairings by the in-house sommelier.
The style was modern-minimalist with a feeling of elevated luxury. Winsome Floral used an all white floral palette with strong influences of white garden roses, orchids, and anemones. Pops of contrasting black elements throughout their stationery details, specifically, the custom JJ monogram stamp were used on their invitation suite and day-of details.
The bride’s sister, a classically trained cellist, played as Juju walked down the aisle to meet Jaime. Her talent helped to create an ambiance for the ceremony that was equally as beautiful as it was emotional.
