The Neopolitan Family has come to mean the world to me. Not only was I able to document their Engagement Session at Cool Spring, and their Bohemian wedding at the Dye House, but I’ve also been by their side to celebrate as they’ve welcomed two of their precious children. Megan and I were kindred mothers from the start. 

When it comes to including siblings in Motherhood portraits, it’s just a no brainer for me because it’s a season of transition for everyone.  There’s just something about the realness and rawness of capturing a mother’s love with her children right before she welcomes a new one into the world.  Maddox and Beau’s faces  just light up when they see their mama. 

We wanted Megan’s Maternity Shoot to embody this season of anticipation as they await their long hoped for baby sister. And we did just that. This session captured the family’s love, joy, and tenderness and I was honored to capture it for them on film.
