In the heart of fall, Bridget and Bart celebrated a love that mirrored the season’s richness and warmth. I had the pleasure of documenting this joyous occasion at the Winslow, Baltimore, where two families become one. 

The celebrations started with an intimate rehearsal dinner, where the couple could relax and unwind before their wedding day. I was asked to document this private gathering, so that the couple could have more relaxed and candid images, of their nearest and dearest, to add to their wedding collection.

You can feel the love emanating from every image, not just from Bridget and Bart, but all the connections the couple share. Which is what I love most about capturing the informal nature of a rehearsal dinner, as it gives you the opportunity to capture moments that wouldn’t unfold on your wedding day.

The next morning, I spent time capturing the moments leading up to Bridget walking down the aisle, as she enjoyed a slow morning with the closest woman in her life. After her big reveal which had us all in tears, it was time for her first look with Bart.

The couple had a quiet moment together where all their nerves could melt away, before walking down the aisle.

Aside from the couple, the star of the day, undoubtedly, was Wally—the couple’s charming pup who stole hearts during the ceremony. Bridget and Bart included so many personal touches, including a custom dog escort display, adorned with autumnal flowers and a plaid collar matching the wedding’s signature patterns. The display showcased Wally’s impressive “sit and stay” skills, delighting guests and adding a touch of fun to the festivities.

The couple’s passion for mixing patterns and textures unfolded throughout the venue, from the elegant table settings featuring styles from BBJ LaTavola and Stradley Davidson to the warm tones of Something Vintage and Honeywood tableware. The stationery echoed this theme with custom plaid details and leather wrap textures, blending seamlessly with Wally’s escort cards.

There was a warm and cozy glow throughout the modern industrial space, making the wedding feel intimate and warm. This was created through the intentional lighting design and amber votives created a soft romantic glow, infusing the space with warmth and intimacy. 

The pièce de résistance, however, was the breathtaking ceiling installation. Stretching across two floors of The Winslow, it intertwined moss, fall foliage, and florals, transforming the venue into an autumnal garden oasis.
